Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fancy Text Generator (the “Service”), operated by Fancy Text Generator Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service converts text you enter into Unicode characters that resemble stylised letters. The conversion runs locally in your browser. We may add, change or remove styles and features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
• evade platform rules, spam filters or content moderation systems;
• interfere with, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Your content

Text you enter remains yours. Because it is processed in your browser, we do not receive or store it. You are solely responsible for how and where you use the output.

4. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, articles and branding belong to us or our licensors. Unicode characters themselves are part of an open standard and are free for anyone to use.

5. Third-party platforms

Output may display differently across apps, devices and fonts, and some platforms restrict special characters in names. We are not responsible for the rules or rendering of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
